Location wise it’s a safe area (haven’t heard of a single car getting broke into over here!) that is close to the university, target, and some food spots...

Even though it's right next to the highway, the trees insulate a lot of the sound from the road so I never hear it. The courtyard is beautiful and scenic with so many big leafy oak trees, and the grounds are very well maintained....

All I have seen so far was just a quick walk through, but the boy friend and I are super excited! We love the 'in town country' feel to it, and can't wait to hopefully call this place home! Truly beautiful!!

I agree, the office and maintenance staff are very friendly and focused when completing maintenance needs. The property is well cared for, buildings are safe, comfortable and quiet. The dog runs are cleaned daily and a great place to live for those who enjoy having a dog. The best apartment complex I have resided in, now for five years.

Since Monarch has taken over the property management of Oakes at Bentonshire there has been a drastic change in the property 100% for the good.

The office and maintenance staff are very easy to work with and very nice at the Oak at Bentonshire. Maintenance is prompt when anything arises and taken care of right away. This is my 3rd apartment complex, and by far my best experience. Highly recommended.
